Hi, I’m Jenna, a neurodivergent occupational therapist and artist.

When something in your life feels overwhelming or out of reach,
I help you build practical skills to move forward.

I blend occupational therapy with creative, somatic, and nature-based interventions.

The goal of Occupational Therapy is to help you participate fully in meaningful activities that make up your daily life.

Injury, a new diagnosis, stress, developmental differences, or life changes can interfere with your everyday activities.

Occupational therapy gives you strategies to restore function, build skills, and support independence.

Life unfolds in seasons.
There are periods of disruption,
identity shifts, loss, growth, and renewal.

Many clients seek support not because something is “wrong…”

…but because they are in transition. Maybe they are starting school, changing careers, receiving a new diagnosis, becoming a parent, aging, or redefining who they are.

Occupational therapy provides grounded, structured support through these changes.

My approach honors both the science of nervous system regulation and the natural rhythms of human development.

I consider myself both a guide and an accountability partner.

I’ll support you through change
with structure, compassion, and concrete tools.

OT Services are offered in your home, out in the community, or virtually.

We can even meet at the mall, the grocery store, or the park.

I offer services in the environments where life actually happens. Meeting in real-life settings allows us to practice skills in context — so strategies are easier to apply and more likely to stick.
